01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "wowphp" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at wowphp.net, including all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and application environments.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the wowphp platform or who accesses any part of the platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered profile created by a Player on the wowphp platform, including associated wallet balance and transaction history.
• "Gaming Products" refers collectively to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, bingo, and fishing games available through the platform.
• "Wallet" refers to the unified account balance maintained within the wowphp platform, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a Player may withdraw funds from their Wallet.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback offer, or other incentive made available by wowphp subject to specific terms.
• "Prohibited Person" refers to any individual under 21 years of age, any person located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is unlawful, or any person otherwise ineligible under these Terms.

02 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and wowphp. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the amended Terms. wowphp reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, with reasonable notice provided to registered Players via the registered email address or platform notification.

If you disagree with any modification to these Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the wowphp platform. Continued use after the effective date of any amendment constitutes binding acceptance.

03 Eligibility and Age Restriction

The wowphp platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style online gaming activities in the Philippines.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a Prohibited Person as defined in Section 1 of these Terms.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of wowphp or any of its affiliated gaming providers.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

04 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the wowphp platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Registration Requirements

When registering an account on wowphp, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued Philippine identification document.
• A valid and active mobile number registered in your own name.
• A valid email address to which you have sole and exclusive access.
• Your date of birth, which must confirm you are 21 years of age or older.
• Your residential address within the Philippines.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information at all times. Any changes to your registered details must be communicated to wowphp support via live chat as soon as reasonably practicable.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. wowphp will never request your password through any channel. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are active is deemed to have been authorised by you. You must notify wowphp support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

05 Identity Verification (KYC)

wowphp is required to verify the identity and age of all Players prior to processing any withdrawal request. This process — known as Know Your Customer or KYC — requires you to submit copies of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued Philippine photo identification document, such as a Philippine passport, PhilSys National ID, UMID, SSS ID, or driver's licence.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits — for example, a screenshot of your registered GCash account showing your name and mobile number.
• In some cases, proof of residential address, such as a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months.

wowphp reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time where required for regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, or anti-money laundering purposes. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by wowphp support may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality.

06 Deposits and Payments

wowphp accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, Metrobank bank transfer, and USDT cryptocurrency. All deposits are credited to your wowphp Wallet in Philippine Peso (PHP). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.

Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of deposit.
• wowphp does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees for which wowphp accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your Wallet. Contact wowphp support immediately if you believe an error has occurred.

07 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your wowphp Wallet are subject to successful completion of KYC verification as described in Section 5. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability and applicable limits.

Withdrawal Processing Times

• GCash: Typically processed within 15–30 minutes during standard operating hours.
• PayMaya: Typically processed within 30–60 minutes during standard operating hours.
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank bank transfer: Processed within 1–3 banking business days.
• USDT: Processed within 1–2 hours subject to network confirmation.

wowphp reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times beyond the estimates above. Players will be notified via live chat or email if their withdrawal is subject to additional review.

Withdrawal requests may be declined where the associated account has outstanding bonus wagering requirements, where KYC documentation is incomplete, or where wowphp has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or prohibited activity.

08 Bonuses and Promotions

wowphp may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered Players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, which form part of these Terms and Conditions.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered on qualifying games before withdrawal eligibility is achieved.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. Collusion, exploitation of bonus offers across multiple accounts, or any form of bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• wowphp reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or expire any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, subject to any rights already accrued by a Player in respect of a bonus already credited to their account.

09 Gaming Rules

Each gaming product available on the wowphp platform — including sports betting, live casino, slots, bingo, and fishing games — is governed by product-specific rules in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. Product-specific rules are accessible within each gaming section of the platform.

Sports Betting

All sports bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. wowphp reserves the right to void bets where odds were published in error, where the outcome of an event is affected by circumstances outside normal sporting conduct, or where a market is suspended at the time a bet is placed. PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, international football, and other markets are governed by the specific settlement rules applicable to each sport.

Live Casino and Slots

All live casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical dealing and spinning outcomes captured via live video stream. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, wowphp's system records the game state at the point of disconnection, and the outcome is settled accordingly once connectivity is restored.

Bingo and Fishing Games

Bingo game rules, including ticket pricing, prize structures, and jackpot conditions, are displayed within each bingo room. Fishing game rules and multiplier structures are displayed within each fishing game title. Results in all cases are final once the game round is completed and settled.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wowphp platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in any gaming product to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform in any way.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the wowphp platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Making deposits using payment methods that do not belong to you.
• Conducting chargebacks on deposits after funds have been wagered or withdrawn.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

wowphp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Discovery that the Player is under 21 years of age.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Player or a court order.
• Regulatory directive requiring the closure of the account.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance within the Wallet at the time of closure — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed at the Player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of KYC.

12 Responsible Gaming

wowphp is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Players. We provide a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from your account settings, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Once set, limits can be reduced immediately but may not be increased for a cooling-off period of 7 days.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure alerts to notify you after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days) during which no deposits or bets may be made.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the wowphp platform for a minimum period of six months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session notifications reminding you of your session duration and net wagering position.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the wowphp platform — including but not limited to the wowphp brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of wowphp or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any wowphp intellectual property without prior written authorisation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wowphp platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence terminates immediately upon closure of your account for any reason.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, wowphp's total liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their wowphp Wallet during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wowphp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of winnings due to technical error, or damage to your device resulting from access to the platform.

wowphp does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or third-party infrastructure failures may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform services. wowphp will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

15 Privacy and Data Protection

wowphp handles all Player personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the wowphp Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

wowphp does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except where required by law, where necessary to process your payment transactions, or where you have provided explicit consent. Your data is stored on secure servers with 256-bit SSL encryption and access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

16 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between you and wowphp, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

17 Amendments to These Terms

wowphp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a Player — wowphp will provide not less than 7 days' advance notice via the email address registered to your account or via a prominent notification displayed on the platform upon login.

Minor amendments, such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of a clause, or updates required for legal compliance, may be made without prior notice. The current version of the Terms is always accessible at wowphp.net/terms-conditions, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.
